I recently took my car to Rich Ford for an oil change. At that time they told me that my left front brake had seized and scorched the rotor. They gave me an estimate of about $600 to make the repair. I told them I was going to take it elsewhere for someone else to look at and get another opinion. I took my car to Motorcar Mall because they have done quite a bit of work for me over the years. John squeezed me in for the next day and they spend quite a bit of time going over my car, checked the brakes on all four wheels and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my brakes and no sign the rotor had ever seized. They looked the rest of the car over too. The Ford dealer had lied to me and it would have been easy for Motorcar Mall to capitalize on that and give me an estimate to repair brakes that had nothing wrong but they did not do that. They told me the truth and saved me $600 that I would have spent on an unneeded repair.

I always trust my vehicle maintenance to Motor Car Mall. The crew there are extremely personable, Helpful and go out of their way to accommodate your needs. They always find a way to work with your schedule as much as possible. Their work is first rate. When they fix a problem with your vehicle they warrant their work and the problem stays fixed. The mechanic that worked on my car even stayed through his lunch to get me back on the road. You couldn't find a more professional and honest service. I highly recommend them.
